About these terms

These terms apply when you browse onlybeans.in, create an account or place an order with Only Beans. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What Only Beans does

Only Beans is a curated index of coffees from Indian roasters. We list coffees, recommend them, and take orders for them. Coffee details such as roast, altitude, process and tasting notes come from the roasters and from our own tasting. We work to keep them accurate, but we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete or current.

Your account

• You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• Give us accurate name, phone and address details. We use them to deliver your order and to contact you about it.
• You must be at least 18 to place an order.
• We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the site or other customers.

Orders and prices

• Prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR) and may change without notice. The price on your order is the price shown when you place it.
• An order is a request to buy. It is confirmed once we have received and checked your payment.
• We may cancel or refuse an order, for example if a coffee is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or the delivery address cannot be served. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund that payment in full.

Payment

Payment is made by UPI. Follow the instructions at checkout and include your order number as the payment note, so we can match your payment to your order. We do not store your UPI PIN or any bank credentials.

Delivery

We deliver within India. Delivery times we give are estimates, not promises. Coffee is perishable, so please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address you give. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Returns and refunds

Every sale is final, apart from the cases described on our refunds and returns page. That page forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

• Do not copy or scrape the site at scale, or resell our content.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or other people's accounts.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful.

Content and links

The Only Beans name, logo, design and writing belong to us. Coffee names, images and brands belong to their roasters and are shown to help you choose. Some pages link to roasters' own sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they say or do.

Our responsibility

We provide the site as it is, and we work to keep it available and accurate. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

How we handle your information is described in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
